Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Stuck in Circle, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain products such as personalized, customized, perishable, or intimate items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@stuckincircle.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
  2. We will confirm the return eligibility and provide a return address.
  3. You must ship the item back within 5 working days after receiving our confirmation.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards and downloadable products
  • Items on final sale/clearance
  • Intimate or hygiene products

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos or videos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
