1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain products such as personalized, customized, perishable, or intimate items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@stuckincircle.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
- We will confirm the return eligibility and provide a return address.
- You must ship the item back within 5 working days after receiving our confirmation.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Items on final sale/clearance
- Intimate or hygiene products
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos or videos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
